Thomas Masterson is an associate lawyer in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy and Litigation and Dispute Resolution Law Groups at HARRISON PENSA™. Thomas represents institutional creditors, debtors, trustees and receivers in the enforcement of security, as well as in commercial bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. Thomas also has experience in commercial litigation matters, involving institutions, individuals and small businesses.
Thomas earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Detroit Mercy and obtained his law degree from Western University. Throughout his studies, Thomas was a student-athlete, serving as captain on the NCAA Division I lacrosse team at the University of Detroit Mercy, and then with the varsity lacrosse team at Western University. In his spare time, Thomas volunteers with the London Minor Lacrosse Association, coaching youth lacrosse.
