Susan Fincher-Stoll is a Partner at Harrison Pensa and Practice Group Lead for the Wills, Trusts, Estates, and Charities Group. She practices in three primary areas: charities and not-for profit organizations, tax litigation, and estate planning.
Susan advises charities and not-for-profit organizations on asset management, administration, governance and fundraising. She practices tax litigation and she represents corporations and individuals on income and sales tax matters. She practices estate planning, which involves will planning, trusts, powers of attorney, business succession planning and capacity issues under the Substitute Decisions Act.
Susan was a Senior Instructor on Taxation Law for the Bar Admission Course and has taught Taxation of Trusts and Estate Planning at the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law.
She is the Past President of the Estate Planners’ Council of London and a former Director of Habitat for Humanity London.
