Meet Sean

Sean Mackintosh is a personal injury lawyer in London practicing exclusively in personal injury litigation at Harrison Pensa. As a Partner in with the Personal Injury Law group, he represents injured victims of car crashes, medical malpractice, and disability claims disputes.

He understands the devastating impacts of wrongful injuries and has dedicated his career to helping those who suffer them receive fair compensation for their losses.

Accident victims face multiple challenges that go beyond the physical, emotional and financial damages resulting from their injury. They also must deal with the accompanying impairment of personal independence, the loss of dignity when insurance companies downplay or ignore their injuries, and the intense frustration that flows from both. Families of victims, including children, parents, and grandparents, suffer as well from the loss of a loved one’s provision of physical, emotional and financial support.

Sean is a lifetime Londoner who has long been active as a coach and convener with the North London Hockey Association and the London Devilettes Girls Hockey Association. He is devoted to his family, where music and sports rule the day. His three children play competitive hockey and soccer and enjoy playing music and singing. Sean himself plays several musical instruments that he learned from his father.
