Sarah Bowden (Graham)
Sarah has a civil litigation practice at HARRISON PENSA™ with a primary focus on class action litigation. She has developed expertise in strategic drafting, case development and investigation. Sarah’s work involves all aspects of Harrison Pensa's class action practice, including motions, cross-examinations, examinations for discovery, alternative dispute resolution, settlement negotiations and trial preparation. Sarah recently appeared as counsel in a significant class actions matter.
Sarah acts on behalf of plaintiffs in a wide variety of proceedings relating to financial services and securities, consumer law violations, technology law issues, intellectual property law, price-fixing and other competition law disputes, and product liability litigation, among other matters.
