MANAGER, HUMAN RESOURCES
Robin Minielly is Harrison Pensa’s Manager, Human Resources. She provides HR advice and leadership in the development and implementation of HR strategies, programs and initiatives that help execute the business plans, strategies and goals of the firm. In her role, she oversees the implementation of all HR programs in areas such as performance management, recruitment, compensation, employee training, as well as payroll and administration. Prior to joining Harrison Pensa, Robin worked in the retail industry, where she worked in a wide variety of areas of HR.
Robin has a received a 3 year Business Administration – Human Resources diploma from Lambton College of Applied Arts and Technology, and has completed a wide range of programs and courses in her field. Robin is also a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).
Robin is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association – London & District and has volunteered her time with a variety of committees and initiatives over the years.
When not at Harrison Pensa, Robin is out enjoying countless activities with her family and experiencing all of the attractions this great city has to offer.
