Paul Scott’s commitment to seriously injured persons and their families’ throughout southwestern Ontario, stretches well over a decade. He has earned the respect and a reputation from his colleagues on both sides of the bench as a tireless advocate for clients who have suffered life-changing injuries as a result of motor vehicle collisions, slips and falls, LTD claims and medical negligence.
Paul compassionately supports his clients and their loved ones through difficult times, helping to eliminate the fear and confusion that always comes with navigating the litigation process and ensures his clients are properly compensated for their injuries and able to manage the quality of their lives moving forward.
Paul has practiced law exclusively in the field of critical injury since 2002 and has always represented the injured person. He is an experienced litigator and who is willing to fight for his clients’ rights all the way to trial, when necessary. He has tried cases in the Superior Court of Justice and appeared at WISB hearings and FSCO Arbitrations.
Paul is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, Middlesex Law Association and the Ontario Bar Association. Paul’s strong sense of community and passion for organizations that support those who have faced catastrophic injuries is evident through his service with the Ontario Brain Injury Association, London Middlesex Brain Injury Association where he has been a member for many years as well as his previous roles as Past President and Board Member of the Sarnia Lambton Brain Injury Association.
Born and raised in Niagara, Kitchener and Burlington, Paul obtained his law degree at Western University. He began his career as a lawyer and Partner with another large law firm in London before joining the Partnership of Harrison Pensa in November 2015.
