Pam practices general business law with a strong focus on commercial and residential real estate as well as commercial financing. Pam represents individuals and business owners in connection with purchases, sales, leases and financings involving commercial properties, industrial properties, farmland, multi-unit properties, etc. She also assists individuals who are purchasing and selling residential properties, including houses, condominiums, cottages, etc. Whether she is working with area businesses or individuals and families, Pam’s approach is always client-centered and highly-responsive.
Pam’s practice also includes assisting institutional clients with preparation of precedent financing documentation for loan transactions as well as acting for institutional clients in connection with financing transactions. Her expertise also extends to municipal law wherein she is regularly consulted by local municipalities on various matters, and is called upon by clients to assist with municipal applications such as severance applications and re-zoning applications.
As a Partner, Pam lends her time and her mentoring skills to future lawyers as an active member of the Student Committee at Harrison Pensa which involves recruiting, hiring and mentoring law students throughout their summer and/or articling term. Professionally, Pam is a member of the Middlesex Law Association and the Ontario Bar Association
In her spare time, Pam is a competitive equestrian, specializing in the discipline of Dressage wherein she has competed both provincially and nationally.
