Michael Mumby

Meet Michael

Michael Mumby is a Partner with the Business Law and Financial Services Law Group at Harrison Pensa, and a Co-Managing Partner at the firm. His practice includes incorporation, professional corporations, corporate restructurings, partnership and shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, leases and other commercial contracts, as well as institutional financing. He represents individuals, small businesses and private corporations and works extensively with business owners, health professionals, medical clinics and franchisees. Michael routinely assists clients with intergenerational corporate succession planning.

He has delivered numerous presentations for industry groups and business associations on a variety of corporate governance matters and has authored and presented continuing legal education materials on several topics. Michael is active in the recruitment, retention and development of our junior lawyers as a mentor and previously as a member of Harrison Pensa’s student recruitment and associate development committees for over ten years.
