Meredith Rady is an Associate with the Family Law Group at Harrison Pensa. Her practice involves all areas of family law, assisting clients with issues that arise from separation and divorce, including parenting issues, child support, spousal support, and equalization of property. Meredith also assists clients with negotiating and drafting marriage contracts and cohabitation agreements.
She has extensive experience litigating matters in court, as well as negotiating agreements through alternate dispute resolution methods. Meredith recognizes that separation and divorce can be a period of great upheaval for individuals, and she provides clients with practical and timely advice as they move through this period in their lives.
Clients appreciate Meredith's responsiveness, careful attention to their issues, and the quality of her advocacy.
She also represents children in family law matters as a panel lawyer for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer for Ontario.
Meredith completed her law degree at Queen's University in 2010, and undergraduate degree at Western University. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2011.
