Maurice M. Pellarin
Maurice is a senior corporate commercial lawyer who has extensive experience in three broad areas. His business law practice includes general corporate/commercial matters, corporate re-organizations, business structures, and shareholder arrangements and disputes. His commercial real estate practice covers the sale and acquisition of commercial real estate projects, subdivision development, builder arrangements (land acquisition, construction and sales) and land development. Finally, he handles commercial and institutional financing for major financial institutions, including financing of commercial projects, subdivisions and construction.
Maurice was the head of the Income Tax Section of the Bar Admission Course (London) where he has taught both income tax and business law.
