Mark Stoiko is an Associate Lawyer in the Personal Injury Law Group at HARRISON PENSA™.
Mark’s personal injury practice focuses upon advocating for victims of motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-fall injuries, and other injuries attributed to the negligence of a third party. He regularly represents clients who are seeking fair compensation from insurers. His practice focuses upon facilitating fair resolution, compensation and outcome for his clients. He has appeared in hundreds of proceedings before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and represented clients at multiple stages in the litigation process.
Mark appreciates the support that clients require when pursuing a personal injury claim, and he understands the types of compensation that they are entitled to. Furthermore, Mark understands the challenges that clients can experience when pursuing a personal injury claim, and he is able to assist in managing these challenges. Mark works closely with his clients, to explain the various stages of the litigation process, and advise them in order to facilitate a successful outcome and fair compensation.
Mark joined Harrison Pensa in early 2018 from a Toronto-based personal injury firm where he practiced for several years, gaining valuable experience as a plaintiff personal injury lawyer. Mark was called to the bar in 2012. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Guelph University, a Masters degree from Brock University, and a Juris Doctor degree from Queen’s University.
