Lauren Sigouin is an associate lawyer in the Business and Financial Services Law and Technology and Privacy Law Groups at Harrison Pensa. Her practice includes incorporation, shareholder agreements, mergers and acquisitions, leases and other commercial contracts. Lauren represents individuals, small businesses and private corporations.
Lauren earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Ottawa and obtained her law degree from Queen’s University. She also earned a Certificate in Public International Law from the Bader International Study Centre in Herstmonceux, UK. Having grown up in Zurich, Lauren is pleased to be back in southwestern Ontario to pursue her legal career. Lauren currently sits on the London Heritage Council Board of Directors and enjoys practicing yoga, playing board games and trying new recipes in her spare time.
