Meet Justin
Justin Newman is a Partner with the Wills, Estates, Trusts and Charities group at Harrison Pensa. His practice is focused solely on Estate Litigation.
Justin represents clients in all areas of estate litigation such as Will Challenges, Contested Passing of Accounts, Dependant’s Relief Claims, Administration Disputes, Will Interpretations, Will Rectifications, Power of Attorney Litigation, and Guardianship Litigation. Justin's focus is to advocate passionately, but he also aims to find a cost-effective solution that benefits his clients.
