Jonathan is an Associate lawyer in the Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy and Litigation and Dispute Resolution Law Groups at Harrison Pensa. Jonathan primarily advises and represents creditors, trustees and receivers with bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings, enforcement of security and priority disputes. He provides thoughtful legal analysis, level-headed dispute resolution and representation in the Superior Court of Justice and Small Claims Court for individual, small business and institutional clients.
Born and raised in Fergus, Ontario, Jonathan completed his Bachelor of Science in biology at Western University in 2015, which included extensive agricultural research in and around London, Ontario. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor from Queen’s University in 2019.
Jonathan is an outdoor enthusiast, skilled on both the bike and his skis. Jonathan is excited to return to London and is enjoying the local mountain biking in and around Southwestern Ontario. When he’s not riding the hills he enjoys walking local trails and spending time with his friends and family.
