Johanna is an experienced, dedicated and compassionate personal injury lawyer. She exclusively serves people who have suffered physical and psychological harm through motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, occupiers’ liability, and other forms of negligence, as well as people whose insurers have failed to provide them the coverage to which they are entitled.
Clients often come to Johanna feeling damaged and vulnerable. They are deeply worried both about receiving adequate treatment and care for their injuries and about obtaining compensation for their losses. Johanna launches legal actions against those responsible for her clients’ injuries, obtaining settlements or proceeding to trial as necessary. She also works closely with top-flight rehabilitation experts to ensure proper treatment of her clients’ injuries.
Johanna was born, raised and educated here in London, obtaining both her undergraduate degree and her law degree from the University of Western Ontario. She began her career as a lawyer with one of Harrison Pensa’s predecessor firms in 1989, and has been a partner with Harrison Pensa since 1996.
Johanna is an active volunteer in the London community, serving as a fundraiser for the United Way, the Brain Injury Association, the Canadian Paraplegic Association, and other organizations that help the less fortunate. She is also an avid tennis player who has competed in many tennis tournaments throughout Ontario as well as at the national level in 2004.
