Jessica Williams is a lawyer in the Wills, Estates, Trusts and Charities Law group of Harrison Pensa. Her practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and charity and not-for-profit law.
Clients of all ages seek Jessica’s assistance with their estate planning needs. Jessica listens to her clients and works collaboratively with them to plan their wills, trusts and powers of attorney. She recognizes the uniqueness of her clients’ estate planning needs at all stages of their lives and brings knowledge and sensitivity to every situation.
Estate trustees call on Jessica to help them navigate through the complex estate administration process, and not-for-profit organizations turn to her for legal advice on corporate governance issues.
Originally from Strathroy, Jessica graduated from Western University at the top of her class with a Bachelor of Arts, Honors Specialization, receiving the Gold Medal, and from the University of Windsor with a J.D. Jessica is active in the London community and currently serves on Meals on Wheels London’s Board of Directors.
Outside of her work and volunteer obligations, Jessica enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children.
