Jessica Williams is a lawyer in the Wills, Estates, Trusts and Charities Group of Harrison Pensa. Her practice involves estate planning, estate administration, incapacity planning, charities law and not-for-profit law.
Clients of all ages seek Jessica’s assistance with their estate planning needs. Jessica listens to her clients and works collaboratively with them to plan their wills, trusts and powers of attorney. She recognizes the uniqueness of her clients’ estate planning needs at all stages of their lives, and brings knowledge and sensitivity to every situation.
Estate trustees call on Jessica to help them navigate through the complex estate administration process, and charitable organizations turn to her for legal advice on corporate governance and not-for-profit matters.
Originally from Strathroy, Jessica graduated from Western University at the top of her class with a Bachelor of Arts, Honors Specialization, receiving the Gold Medal, and from the University of Windsor with a J.D. While attending law school, she volunteered as a caseworker and litigator at Community Legal Aid, and tutored youth from socially and economically disadvantaged households. Jessica is currently a Cabinet Member for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation’s annual Ride, and in her spare time, enjoys practising yoga and hanging out with her retired greyhound, Saul.
