Jean-Marc is an associate in the Class Actions Practice Group. His work focuses on investigation, case development, and strategic drafting at all stages of a class action file.
Prior to joining HARRISON PENSA™, Jean-Marc summered at Canada’s federal Competition Bureau, and has a particular interest in pursuing consumer law violations, as well as price-fixing and other competition law claims. Jean-Marc also acts on behalf of plaintiffs in a variety of matters including product liability, financial services, securities, and intellectual property disputes.
Jean-Marc earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Political Science at McMaster University, and his law degree at the University of Western Ontario. He is actively involved in his community, and currently represents Ward 13 residents on a City of London advisory committee.In his spare time, Jean-Marc enjoys Stephen King novels and the outdoors. He is an avid cyclist, having previously ridden his bicycle across the United States to raise funds for a local charity.
