Janet's practice involves estate administration, estate planning, corporate succession planning and trusts (including extensive experience with variation of trusts) and charities law.
Janet has lectured for the Law Society of Upper Canada, continuing legal education, various charities and interest groups and taught the Estate Planning and Administration Bar Admission Course for many years. Moreover, Janet has consistently been selected by her peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers® in Canada list since 2014 for her work in the area of Trust and Estates.
Janet has been active in the community as a former director of the London Health Sciences Foundation, The Lawson Foundation and the Thames Valley Children's Centre. She has been involved, as well, in various charity committees.
