Genevieve has a civil litigation practice with a primary focus on class action litigation. Genevieve’s work focuses on strategic drafting, case development and investigation.
Genevieve acts on behalf of plaintiffs in a wide variety of proceedings relating to financial services and securities, consumer law violations, technology law issues, price-fixing and other competition law disputes, intellectual property law, and product liability litigation, among other matters.
Genevieve has extensive work, volunteer and community experience with the Canadian Red Cross. She is the past President of the London-St Thomas-Stratford Red Cross Branch Council.
