Genevieve has a civil litigation practice with a focus on commercial litigation, insurance services, and class action litigation. Genevieve specializes in strategic drafting, case development and investigation.
Genevieve has successfully represented clients in a wide variety of proceedings relating to financial services and securities, consumer law violations, technology law issues, price-fixing and other competition law disputes, intellectual property law, and product liability litigation, among other matters.
Since 2017, Genevieve has been an Adjunct Professor at Western University’s Faculty of Law, teaching the Class Actions Moot course. She coached the team to victory at the 2018 Warren K. Winkler Class Actions Moot.
Genevieve has extensive work, volunteer and community experience with the Canadian Red Cross. She is the past President of the London-St Thomas-Stratford Red Cross Branch Council. She is an active member of the Middlesex Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, and the Canadian Bar Association.
