Meet Danielle

Danielle Simard is an Estate Litigation Lawyer with the Wills, Estates and Trusts group at Harrison Pensa. Danielle represents clients in all areas of Estate Litigation including will challenges, passing of accounts, spousal and dependant’s relief claims, administration disputes including removal of executors, will interpretations, will rectifications, Power of Attorney litigation, and capacity litigation, including the appointment of guardians.

Danielle aims to be proactive and cost-effective for her clients, while advocating passionately in pursuit of their interests.

When she’s not in the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her friends and family, especially her golden retriever.
