Colin Campbell is an associate lawyer in the Insurance Services Group and Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group at HARRISON PENSA™. His practice focuses primarily on pursuing subrogated claims for insurance companies. His work covers a variety of areas of the law, including negligence claims, product liability, professional negligence, fraud and construction litigation, as well as disputes with the Tarion Warranty Corporation.
Previous to returning to Harrison Pensa where he completed his articles, Colin served as a Civil Litigation Lawyer for a large firm in Toronto. Prior to pursuing his law degree, Colin enjoyed a career in politics and government where he served for several years at Queens Park in several high-profile departments - including the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario.
Colin is a member of the Canadian and Ontario Bar Association, The Advocates Society and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
Colin received both bachelor's degree and Juris Doctor from Western University and was called to the bar in 2015.
When Colin is not serving his clients, he enjoys spending time with his young daughter and wife, playing hockey and attending classic rock concerts.
