Christine is an Associate Lawyer in the Insurance Services Group at HARRISON PENSA™. Christine’s clients are primarily national and international insurance companies who require the best defence possible when they’re faced with car or boating accidents, faulty products or construction, or any kind of property loss, or the best strategy possible to recover on various kinds of subrogated claims. She understands her clients’ needs, and advises them on the best approaches to their cases, how to mitigate their risks or how to recover their damages.
Christine’s extensive experience in insurance services includes serving as in-house litigation counsel for a large national insurer, which gives her first-hand knowledge of her clients’ needs, and a unique and very valuable perspective on these matters.
Originally from Winnipeg, Christine earned a BA in English, with a minor in French, from the University of Manitoba, before attending law school there. Christine articled in Toronto from 1992 to 1993. She was called to the bar in 1994 and has been practicing insurance services based litigation ever since.
Christine is a member of the London Claims Association, the Middlesex Law Association, the Ontario Bar Association, Canadian Defence Lawyers, and the Advocates’ Society. She enjoys sports and travelling with her husband.
