Caroline is a consulting lawyer within Harrison Pensa’s Insurance Services Group. She focuses her practice on pursuing subrogated claims for insurance companies, covering a variety of areas of the law, including negligence, product liability, fraud, construction law, contractual disputes, and professional negligence.
Caroline negotiates favourable settlements on behalf of her clients, aiming to resolve disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible. She has experience proving claims both in and out of court, and takes on enforcement matters following judgment.
Caroline was raised in Dorchester, Ontario. She completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the Western University, and traveled to England to earn her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Kent. Outside of the office, Caroline enjoys travel and cooking.
