Meet Bayly
Bayly Guslits is a Partner with the Family Law Practice Group at Harrison Pensa. Bayly represents clients in all matters related to separation and divorce, including division of property, custody, access, and child and spousal support. She also assists clients in drawing up cohabitation agreements or marriage contracts.
Bayly advocates for equity in the family law system, and represents LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients in all areas of her practice.
Clients turn to Bayly for help dealing with the Children’s Aid Society in child protection matters, adoption, surrogacy agreements and other alternative reproductive law issues. Bayly also handles matters involving international child abduction under the Hague Convention.

Bayly is happy to help clients resolve problems through alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation,. Bayly always strives to use efficient and cost effective methods to help clients resolve their family law issues.
Access to Justice
Bayly is committed to furthering the goals of access to justice in the family court system. Bayly serves on the Domestic Violence Duty Counsel panel for Legal Aid Ontario and is a member of the Ontario Association of Child Protection Lawyers, taking on cases involving child protection issues.
Cohabitation and Marriage Contracts
Moving in with your partner or planning a wedding can be a lot of work. Bayly takes the stress out of helping clients negotiate and prepare cohabitation agreements and marriage contracts.
Family Court
Bayly knows that going to court can be intimidating and costly, but sometimes it is necessary. Bayly is with clients every step of the way through the court process.
