Andy Rady is a Partner in the Personal Injury Law Group, where he focuses on plaintiffs' personal injury cases, alternative dispute resolution, and litigation in courtrooms and administrative tribunals.
People who have suffered harm as a result of the actions or omissions of others - whether due to motor vehicle collisions, slips/trips and falls, dog bites, defects in consumer products, medical negligence, sexual abuse and harassment, defamation, or the denial of claims for disability benefits – rely on Andy to help them obtain the compensation they deserve. Andy works together with his clients to secure compensation from various sources, including at-fault parties, property and casualty insurers, no-fault statutory accident benefits insurers, long-term disability benefits insurers, Canada Pension Plan, and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
Andy recognizes that injury claims can be quite daunting for those who are unfamiliar with our legal system, particularly when they are trying to focus on their recovery rather than navigate complex legal rules. Andy utilizes a transparent and client-centered approach by taking whatever time is needed to fully educate his clients about the legal process, by being available and accessible when his clients need his advice, and by applying legal strategies and tactics that are customized to fit the unique needs of each case and client.
Born and raised in London, Andy obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees at Western University. An avid and accomplished athlete, Andy honed his leadership skills by serving as Captain of the Western Mustangs football team while earning his law degree.
