Andy Rady is an associate lawyer in the Personal Injury Law Group at HARRISON PENSA™, where he focuses on plaintiff’s personal injury cases, medical negligence, litigation, and dispute resolution.
Clients who have been physically or psychologically harmed by the actions of others — especially in motor vehicle collisions, by slips and falls, through defects in consumer products, or by the negligent actions of healthcare providers — rely on Andy to help them obtain the care they require and the compensation they deserve. He works closely with clients, putting their unique needs first to give them a sense of comfort, peace of mind, and security during difficult times.
Andy recognizes that injured persons often suffer from a wide range of physical and emotional harms, many of them lasting long after the injury itself has healed. To make sure he understands every aspect of his clients’ particular situation, he listens attentively to his clients and collaborates with them as partners to determine the best course of action, including seeking mediation, obtaining a settlement, or going to trial.
Born and raised in London, Andy obtained both his undergraduate and law degrees at the Western University. An avid and accomplished athlete, Andy honed his leadership skills by serving as Captain of the Western Mustangs football team while earning his law degree.
