Andrew Graham is a Partner with the Insurance Subrogation group at Harrison Pensa. Andrew has a broad commercial and insurance litigation practice with a focus on pursuing subrogation claims across Ontario for a range of insurance clients in fire, flood, automobile, and defective product claims. He also represents individuals who have sustained injuries through accidents or the negligence of others. Andrew is routinely called on by clients to provide coverage opinions in relation to automobile, homeowner, CGL and professional liability policies. In addition, Andrew has experience in professional liability matters and is on the preferred counsel list for LawPro, Ontario’s professional liability insurer for lawyers.
Whether acting for institutional clients such as banks and insurance companies or for individuals, Andrew is a strategic and pragmatic advocate and makes the client’s best interests his top priority. He frequently accepts files on a contingency basis, receiving payment only when he achieves a successful outcome for the client. While ready to take any matter to court, Andrew nonetheless strives to resolve cases quickly and favourably for his clients.
Raised in St. Thomas and a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University (B.A.) and the University of Windsor (LL.B.), Andrew is extensively involved in his community, including volunteer work and serving clients in challenging financial circumstances at the Windsor Community Legal Aid Clinic.
Andrew has recently been elected to the Partnership Board at Harrison Pensa. He is an active member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, the Middlesex Law Association, the Canadian Bar Association and Canadian Defence Lawyers.
