At HARRISON PENSA™ June is a veteran clerk possessing over 40 years of outstanding work within the practices of Insurance Services and Personal Injury Law. Her tenure has allowed her to cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, and become a valuable asset for multiple lawyers and practice groups. Her tasks demand a wide variety of knowledge and skills including managing documents regarding insurance defence and plaintiff files. June is also responsible for performing regular follow-ups for many of our clients, and overseeing Assignment Court matters for the Litigation group.

Maria is a senior law clerk, bringing 29 years of experience to the Personal Injury Law Practice Group at Harrison Pensa. She works compassionately with clients who have sustained physical or psychological injuries as a result of medical negligence, motor vehicle collisions, slip and falls or long term disability matters.  She has extensive knowledge of the automobile accident benefits legislation and provides an essential link between our clients, their treatment professionals and the insurance company.   Maria works closely with clients and experts throughout the course of a lawsuit and she is a key member of our strong professional team.  She has written papers for and has been a speaker on various occasions for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.

Community and Volunteer:

Maria is a member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association – Law Clerks Section and is actively involved as a volunteer in Minor Hockey.

Tricia brings 15 years of experience to the Personal Injury Law Practice Group at Harrison Pensa llp where she assists clients who have sustained physical and/or psychological injuries as a result of motor vehicle collisions or slip and falls. Tricia understands the process of working within the Tort and Statutory Accident Benefits Claims and coordinates between the injured party and their insurer. Throughout the litigation process, she works closely with clients through fielding incoming calls, meeting with plaintiffs, and attending proceedings including examinations for discovery, mediations, and trials.

Donna brings 32 years of experience to the Personal Injury Law Practice Group at Harrison Pensa llp where she manages personal injury files from beginning to their closure. She has a wealth of knowledge in working within the Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule and coordinating between the injured party and their insurer. Donna is responsible for the daily support of these injured clients through reviewing and providing legal summaries on case law, pre-trial memos and mediation briefs. Donna works closely with these clients through fielding incoming calls, meeting with plaintiffs, and attending all proceedings including examinations for discovery, private mediations, and trial. Additionally, she works with insurers with respect to accident benefits and tort law. Donna is a veteran and key player in our litigation practice group.
