Kassandra is the newest addition to the Class Actions Practice Group. She has been with the firm since 2013 as a key member of the administration team and recently as a Paralegal Intern with the Insurance Services Group.  Kassandra joined the Class Actions team and is responsible for conducting legal research, undertaking investigations, drafting pleadings, and interacting with class members as well as other administrative responsibilities.

Community Involvement

When she is not at Harrison Pensa, Kassandra is frequently attending special events and performing at senior centres as a member of London’s well-known string quartet – It’s a String Thing. Kassandra has also been a long-time volunteer for Celebrate Recovery and with her church. Kassandra has also enjoyed a successful athletic career and has been heavily involved in track and field including competing at the provincial level in short sprints and hurdles. At Fanshawe College, Kassandra was on the women’s varsity cross country team that placed 7th at provincials.

Anni joined the Class Actions Practice Group in early 2014 as a placement student and then as a part time law clerk after she completed the Paralegal Program at Fanshawe College. Upon completing the Program Anni joined the Class Action team full time.  Anni is responsible for conducting legal research and intensive factual investigations for new and ongoing class action matters.  She assists with the drafting of pleadings, motion materials and notices to class members. She also manages and designs communications systems with class members directly, through electronic and social media platforms, and by way of press releases and traditional print media.

Community Involvement

During her undergraduate degree, Anni was a member of the King’s University College Volunteer Club and participated in annual fundraisers in support of the Salvation Army. She currently volunteers with Connect Sports London in order to raise money and awareness for local organizations such as Big Brothers Big Sisters of London and Area.
