The firm engages annually in a SOC 2 Type II independent audit confirming the firm’s ongoing operational excellence and commitment to data security and privacy as we consistently review how we collect, manage, and secure client data.
Client audits
In addition to annual SOC 2 Type II audits, Harrison Pensa is regularly subject to client audits executed by large Canadian financial institution, insurance, and corporate clients. These audits evaluate the controls designed to protect client data and the results of such audits feed directly into Harrison Pensa’s information security and enterprise risk management programs.
LTC4 security awareness
Harrison Pensa chooses LTC4 certification to standardize legal technology core competencies and reduce security risk. The firm has 100% compliance from all lawyers, management and staff to pass mandatory annual LTC4 Security & Security Awareness training for the firm to comply with client and audit requirements.
