Harrison Pensa is hiring a permanent full-time Accounting Clerk in our Accounting Department. The primary focus of this role will be assisting with Real Estate transactions and working within a fast-paced, high-volume work environment. This opportunity services both internal and external stakeholders and requires an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented.

Accounting Clerk Responsibilities

  • Confirming funds are in Trust Accounts;
  • Tracking money transfers;
  • Wire transfers;
  • Certified cheques;
  • Writing and communicating with Banking Institutions;
  • Supporting the Accounting Department with day to day functions;
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related discipline;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate both orally and written;
  • Organization and time management skills;
  • Team player with a professional demeanor;
  • Experience in a legal environment or professional services are considered an asset;
  • Real Estate accounting experience is considered an asset.
