Jillian Martin
Human Resources Director
Jillian Martin works closely with Staff, Associates and Partners to provide leadership and support. She manages recruitment and selection, performance management, payroll and compensation, training and development, and employee relations amongst other priorities of the firm. Jillian and her team develop and implement various strategies and initiatives for the firm in support of providing exceptional service for our clients.
Jillian is a graduate of the Bachelor of Commerce, honours Human Resources Management program at Fanshawe College. She has obtained her Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation and is working towards the Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. Jillian is an active member of the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), London Chapter, as well, Southwestern Ontario Human Resources Group (SOHRG). Jillian also serves as Co-Chair of the United Way Staff Campaign at Harrison Pensa.
When not at Harrison Pensa, Jillian can be found playing a variety of sports: hockey, broomball and baseball. Jillian also appreciates spending time with family and friends, and exploring the outdoors with her golden retriever, Archie.
