Harrison Pensa is proud to congratulate partner Jon Foreman on his completion of Harvard Law School’s prestigious Emerging Leaders in Law Firms Program.

Jon was just one of the three Canadian lawyers selected for this competitive, limited enrollment program, with the balance of participants having come from firms in the United States, the Netherlands, Brazil, Scandinavia, Africa and Western Europe. The admission process for this program is one that is selective and based on strict criteria. Participants must be equity partners who are recognized as leaders in their firms and who have undertaken  responsibility for management and strategic assessment of challenges and opportunities within their firm’s legal practice.   .

This esteemed and intensive 5 day session offered applicants perspectives, concepts, tools, and skills to help them further succeed as leaders within their firms. Through case studies, lectures from elite professors, classroom discussions, and small group consultations, this program reviewed many of the sophisticated challenges faced in professional service settings.

Jon is a plaintiff-side class action lawyer who leads a team of strong litigators prosecuting complex and highly contested class action matters.   He also chairs Harrison Pensa’s associate lawyer and student committees among other contributions to the firm.

We are happy to welcome Jon back from Harvard, and we are anxious to see how he will apply his new knowledge and experiences to our firm.
