Sean Mackintosh

Associate

Sean has been handling serious personal injury claims and wrongful death lawsuits for more than a decade. He understands how serious injuries can devastate a life and family. He also has extensive experience with disability insurance disputes and accident benefits claims.

Sean is very active in the community. For many years he has been involved with the Canadian Paraplegic Association, Chairing and volunteering with the London area Wheelchair Relay Fundraising Committee. He has also volunteered with the Brain Injury Association, Helmets on Kids Community Partnership. Sean is also active as a coach and convener with the North London Hockey Association and the London Devilettes Girls Hockey Association.

Sean has written articles for the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association’s The Litigator magazine, and the Ontario Brain Injury Association’s publication The Monarch. He has also presented papers and lectured before health care and legal professions.
