L. Michele Mannering

Michele is a senior corporate lawyer whose practice includes commercial finance and a wide range of business transactions. With a focus on lending and borrowing arrangements and business acquisitions and sales, she represents individuals, corporations and financial institutions.

Michele is a past president of Big Sisters of London, and has served as co-chair of the professional division fundraising cabinet of the United Way of London and Middlesex. Michele has taught corporate finance at the University of Western Ontario, Faculty of Law, and Business Law at the Bar Admission Course for the Law Society of Upper Canada.
