Dan's clients include financial institutions, asset based lenders, receivers, trustees, corporations and individuals involved in complex commercial matters. Dan's practice includes resolving priority disputes between creditors, enforcing security, managing and resolving legal issues surrounding workouts, reorganizations, receiverships and bankruptcies. Dan also has experience in commercial litigation involving partnerships, inter-corporate disputes and generally commercial litigation issues.

Dan has published articles for client and legal conferences and seminars and is a frequent speaker at industry and client seminars.

Dan has been involved in fundraising for various charities and organizations including The Thames Valley Children's Centre, The Salvation Army, The United Way and London Lawyers Feeding the Hungry.

Dan is also active in the community as a volunteer. He coaches hockey and soccer and assists with managing a ski racing team.

In his spare time Dan competes in triathlons, marathons and ultra-distance relay events.
