Each year, Harrison Pensa LLP hosts the highly-anticipated Turkey Bowl. This annual affair demonstrates the sense of community and giving-back that we, and so many others, hold in high regard. Each year Harrison Pensa invites several hundred of our clients from the London and surrounding community to help raise money for London Lawyers Feed the Hungry – a charity founded locally by Claude and Elaine Pensa – while enjoying a great game of football on American Thanksgiving. Every year, thousands of dollars are raised by our clients, colleagues and friends of the firm to purchase hundreds of holiday turkeys for area families and organizations in need.
We are proud of this long standing Harrison Pensa tradition and are fortunate to be associated with such a special group of clients and friends who share the belief in giving back to our community. The thoughtfulness of our invited guests has meant that since 2004, over 3200 turkeys have been given to those less fortunate. It’s gratifying to see this kind of spirit and generosity. It’s even more gratifying to know that this annual event will help more Londoners celebrate what should be a joyous time for all.
